I have not stayed there however it is located not too far from where I live......
It is fairly isolated as to Juan Dolio and Guayacanes sitting by itself in the midst of a housing development on the road between JD & Guayacanes.
Didn't talk to anyone who stayed there last year but the year before that comments were good. It is a smaller resort but looks inviting from the highway!
They did have a couple problems with robberies this past winter....so my recommendation would be to check out the resorts listing on the DR1 homepage directory as there are many other resorts in the main area of Juan Dolio that you could stay in if this is the area you'd like to visit.
