apartment - Sosua/Puerto Plata?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good, not too-pricey apartment in Puerto Plata or Sosua. I am looking to come to DR with a friend for 1 week or 2 over the New Year and would like to know off a good place to stay - which has air-conditioning. Can anyone help?

Villa Chessa in Sosua, A/C in bedroom along with a ceiling fan in bedroom and Living room, 2 bathrooms Living Room, Kitchen and terrace. With a nice breakfast included it is 35- bux US a night. It is out by the casino so you will need a car or take motorconcho's or taxi's unless walking a mile feels good to you to go just about anywhere.

I will be there from 12-25 to 1-6 and I stay there often. Any other info about Sosua I can probably help you with.
