Punta Cana Beach Resort

Does anyone have any info on the Punta Cana Resort and Club?...(travel agents refer to it as Punta Cana Beach Resort).

They were doing renovations on it and the resort was mostly shut down except for the golf section for many months. Was just wondering if anyone has been to the resort since the renovations have been completed. Am planning a trip there in March.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed in the Resort Reviews that there were two bad reviews on PC Beach Resort, both got one star. Further down the list, however, there was a review that got 5 stars! To me, this review sounded like it was written by an employee or travel agent. I think I would tend to believe the first two. But then again, I'm sure the weather at the PCBR is better than it is up here. I'm getting tired of watching football and looking at my motorcycle in the garage!
