Ok, I will be down in the DR in a couple days around the Puerto Plata area. I have been checking the forecast and they have rain predicted for like the next 10 days???? How is it looking down there? Is it just light rain like in the AM or something or an all day thing? Not that you can tell the future but what is the norm? Thanks!

Very nice day today. Weather info that I looked at indicated a cold front was coming down from the Bahamas, but that it would probably dissipate when it got to Haiti. What this front does makes a big difference with respect to the amount of rain you will get during your visit.
