Which are of South Coast??

Juan Dolio; Boca Chica; Bayahibe?
Which area is better; what do they all offer.

We like outdoor stuff; beach bars; some dining; don't want real wild parties, but not just resorts.

Also is one place know for better beaches; hotel quality?
