Estrella del Mar, Cabaretre Bay Hotel ??????

Looking for any information about these Hotels. Is the Cabareta Bay a new section of the Estrella? Hotel Taina seems to be very close to the same area also. Any information would be great.

The hotel ownership just changed. It is the same old estrella del mar but the "nicer" section is now renamed as Cabarete Bay Hotel. Villa Taina is directly next door.
