Skymed--medical evacuation insurance--any info?

Does anyone have first (or otherwise reliable) information on Skymed? It is a medical evacuation insurance company that promises to air evac you from lots of places to home (States, in my case).

Premiums for individuals under $160 per year. For someone who travels a lot, especially to the land of motoconchos and guaguas, this seems like a no brainer.

Or I would like to know of other legitimate operators.

I, and two American's that I know living in POP have purchased the Skymed program. We paid for the 5 year plan. Being in the insurance industry myself, I would say that SkyMed is far better than others.
