Charter a Caribe Tour bus

Does anyone know if Caribe Tours will allow the charter of their bus from Santiago to Sosua? If so what is the cost or who is the best person to talk to

Santiago to Sosua can't be more than a few US$ so even all 40- 45 seats should be under $200 - so if they won't charter per se you just buy 100% of the tickets on one bus.

Less than RD$145, the price on Caribe Tour from Sosua to Santo Domingo.
