Looking for business opp.

Hi, a friend and I are looking into possibly opening a disco somewhere along the Puerto Plata, Sosua, Cabarete area. Does anyone have an idea about what the start up cost would be and which of these cities would be better to do it in? Any info or advice would be welcome.

I wouldnt go into business in the DR. Pain in the butt with graft on all levels.

There is also a couple of other closed discos availible. The old Copacabana, and the Moby Dick. There was also a disco above the Bar Titanic. But I guess all these closed discos is a sign for a very difficult market.
