suggestions for apartment on DR from 25 december - 20 january??

Hello everyone,

Me and my boyfriend will be in the DR from about 25 dember till 20 january.

I'm looking for an apartment (20-30 USD per night):
- close to a nice long beach
- where it is quiet
- green area
- not (too) touristic!
- from where we can explore the island

I hope this place excists!
