finding a judge to perform a wedding

I am looking for contact information to book a judge to perform a wedding in Puerta Plata. I will be staying at the Victoria resort.

I am looking to avoid paying for a resort wedding package. All I need is a judge. I am aware of all the legal requirements.

the JP there is Doctora Bienvenida ?? (I forgot!) and she can do it if you have all the paperwork. She has been there for ages.

Just go to the Junta Central Electoral in the Municipio building, right close to Eddy's Sports Bar, and ask for "La Doctora Bienvenida"
You should not have a problem.
