I have heard that after 5:00 P.M. that you cannot enter Costambar unless you belong there. How do you go about arranging this if your plane gets in after 5?

Not true the security guards just watch you drive in. been to costambar 4 times in last 5 months and never even been questioned.

The only way you cannot get into Costambar is if you're the only guy, Dominican looking, on a motor bike - but even then, i think you will get in.
