Go to Santo Domingo

Stay at the Jaragua or Melia hotel..Both have nice casinos and Race and sportsbooks, lots of great restaurants and nightclubs in the city, tons of strip joints etc...and just drive out to Juan Dolio during the day, play golf at Guavaberry and take the girls you meet at the clubs to play golf and a day at the beach and come back to the city for the nightlife..you can't go wrong that way.

I live in SD and believe me their is no shortage of the female species in all it's habitats from the hooker to the princess all here in abundance.
