Default La Romana / Independence Day
I will be staying at the Iberostar in La Romana during the week of Independence Day. Are there activities for the holiday around the area that I should look our for & attend?

No real events in LaRomana for independence day. There is a yearly carnival in Santo Domingo and La Vega. La Vega supposedly being the best.
