To use your sample quoted above, it is not like saying you are stupid, dumb or an idiot (though I am bordering on thinking of you in that regard) since those are all meant to be insults. It is more like calling a waiter your servant or a slave which are examples of taking a job name and finding a way of putting down the person who has it.

No advice for you. Except if you knew Spanish I would suggest trying to call the BC working girls putas, whores, etc. (disculpame, senorita, eres una puta?) , and see what kind of reaction you get. Quit with using hip-hop and pornos to determine decorum - it ain't working.
RickToronto, I think I am beginning to like you.

What is not working excatly? That is so lame and tired to use the "hip-hop"angle to try to discredit what I'm saying. Just because something appears "hip hop" it must be dumb...plus I wrote Ho's as a faster way to write
prostitute....this is a silly MB not a place to be worried about good manners...
Your ie.. is crap too because a slave is well...a slave they are being forced against there will and a waiter is doing their job...just like a prostitue.
SEE slave/waiter not the same.....Prostitue/whore the same. As for slut I never said that, because that is something different...
as far as your dig at me didn't you realize I already said that towards you that was the whole point of it...
guess you really are all 3....

2time,
I assume you know about the custom down here, that you need to meet with the working girl's manager (pimp, to you) first to agree a price & negotiate it down by means of an arm wrestling contest? If he doesn't invite you to arm wrestle, then you are being ripped off, so YOU have to invite him. Wouldn't want you to get ripped off!

Larry I have to disagree with you on this one because I detect a BIG time attitude with the original poster. Something tells me he knows all and will need a WHOLE lot of money to survive the week. I hope he has enough money for the cab back to the airport. Anyway, my 2 pesos only.

Angry Rudeness

I agree totally with RickToronto on his summation of your posts, if this is your attitude to these girls down here I suggest you keep your money in your pocket and stay home and have a good w... I know some of these girls and what they earn supports their whole families, most of them hate it and hate people like you.

Default Yes it is rude

to call these hardworking gals that sell their bodies anything negative. They actually don't even charge for sex. That 1000 Peso requirement are for taxicabs. You don't expect them to go to your hotel room and massage you and then have to walk home do you? Hell, they even need a cab once you drop them off from wherest you picked them up from. These are nothing other than good family people that just happen to like New Yorkers, which of course I completely understand since I am one.

Just refer to them as massage therapists so as not to upset the dignity of those others of us here that use their services. After all we wouldnt want to be known as Ho Masters ya know.

Escott,
All things being equal! LOL

What in the world are you talking about? I have never seen a Dominican working girl with a pimp. Most work in or hang around the places tourists are bars, hotels and beaches. The only time I have ever seen anyone get a part of these women’s action is from a bar owner who charges a small fee (out fee) for the girl to lever her work, which he is paying her for, or a fee for the room in the back of his place.

The only pimps I have see are a bunch of low life motoconchos that offer to take you to a place you can score on you own. The make believe that these women work for him and him alone, and most of the working girls I know don’t even give the conchos a peso for bring someone to visit them.

Perhaps things were different when you worked the street.
