We called the Ministry of Tourism department today and they sent us over to Luis Medrano, who is organizing the festivities and has the program, we were told. The person at that office said she couldn't fax or email us the info until she got her power service back. If you want to try, call them at 227-0103. We are still waiting...
Supposedly, the Festival starts 16 July. As soon as we get the info, we will let you all know.
