Default Visa needed???

We've booked a vacation for the last week in October - do we need to obtain a visa for our vacation? If so how would one go about obtaining this ... we live in the USA, near Washington, DC.

Thanks in advance for any information.

John B

PS a friend is coming with us who lives in the US but has an Australian passport ... would she need to obtain a visa or does the same rule apply for just getting a tourist card?

Default Hi JohnB,

Greetings from Atlantic Canada.

No visa required but you will need a Tourist Card, available at the airport of arrival for $10US per person and there is an Exit Tax of $20US per person payable on departure BUT it may be included in your airfare. Check with your T/A to be sure.

Gregg
