Buying tickets at Teatro Nacional

Does anybody know how you buy tickets to concerts at the Teatro Nacional or Palacio de Bellas Artes in Santo Domingo? They don't answer their phone and I was wondering if anybody had a phone # that they do answer, or if there is the equivalent of a Santo Domingo Ticketmaster where you can purchase tickets for events.

They have a map where they deliver tickets purchased via telephone or via internet.
