Default I feel a film coming on!

Hard rain stung his chest and pummeled his face, but 1st Sgt. Fletcher Armstrong III would not be stopped by nature's fury.

Food and water were needed by people at Secrets Excellence Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic, and he was determined the need would be met...

Sounds like he did a great job, I hope Secrets gave him a free vacation

The other side of the story. Looks like Spielberg will not be knocking on his door just yet

Sounds like bitter grapes from this obviously "associated" hotel owner. Maybe the Sgt didn't bring him his accustomed champagne and Strawberries?

His knowledge of Helo landings is pitiful (Landing a Helo in a disaster zone is far more difficult than this bean counter could imagine, power lines, debris, people etc), looks as though he is trying mightily to cover up the inefficiency of the resort

I find it hard to believe all the first hand reports from guests could be wrong and this one "insider" correct. I'll bet he was safely placed in an "Owner's suite" high above the common folk.

I'll be willing to bet his entire stay was compensated, if not originally then after his remarks

I know some of the pilots and they said they really did't need anybody for guidance.

Funny how there are always two sides to the story. The truth lies inbetween, I'm sure.

Any, and I repeat ANY Helo pilot who says he does not need assistance in a disater zone is a liar, plain and simple

US Coast Guard, AF Pathfinders, Navay, Royal Marines, AU SPECFOR,French Legion, British SAS but I guess they aren't as food as your "friends"

What were they flying, what paramenters were they limited by, were they UL OL, GE or what?
