Villa/Apt. Rentals

Will be going to Boca Chica with 3 friends. We are all single males and want to meet and entertain local ladies. Being that the hotels/resorts don't seem to allow guests, are there any websites or can anyone suggest villa rentals that would be more suitable for us? If there are hotels that will allow this, please let me know. Thanks.
