Default Pilot will be blamed in Colorado Crash

The Bombardier that crashed last weekend was only 20 feet in the air when in crashed, no issue of "broken" de icing equipment, pilot just didn't use proper procedures in icing conditions. 1/2" ice reported on winges of plane

Default I read of Polanco's death

But the story I read was about an accident in the Mid West, not Colorado.

I have to admit that when I saw the article, I tried to get the Denver Post on line to see if Polanco was the pilot. Both my son and I knew him when he flew for L. Leon Jimenes.....

I heard on the NBC NEws that the pilot did not de-ice the plane...

So be it.
