Avenida Francia
I thought I would post this here. Perhaps I will have better luck with replies...
A question for those that are familiar with the area (Ave. Francia). I plan on moving to the Dominican Republic in early May for I will be attending UNIBE. I am looking for an apartment that is:
1. Safe (of course!)
2. With in walking distance to the school
3. rent includes utilities
4. I am able to have internet and vonage
5. furnished (doesn't have to the Taj Mahal, just nice)
Not that I am trying to be "snooty" but I would like to also have someone come in 2 or 3 days a week and do laundry, clean up, and cook............am I asking for too much (perhaps dreaming??)
How much do you think that I am looking at spending?
