Default a qustion that needs to answered asap

i leave tomorrow for punta cana
staying at the paradisus
i was thinking of taking the royal service for my trip
but i am now having second thoughts
so i emailed the hotel and i ask them if i can have the chance to look at both rooms when i get there
but they told they could possibly do that but it would be hard for them to do that since they are sold out
they told me it would be easier for me to decide now
i need help what would you guys do

What does royal service include that the other room doesn't and will it cost you more?

it cost 770 more
it includes a butler, jacuzzi, beach front proptery room, private breakfast area, pillow menu

Maybe they can fax you the pillow menu beforehand.
That's usually very important to know your pillow choices prior to the trip.
