does anyone know why it is almost impossible to book a hotel in the dominican direct with the hotel? we are trying to book the GRAN VENTANA for may.we are booking two rooms for 7nights.the seem like they do not care if we do or not book .i do not like booking with travel agents because they have over-booked more than one vacation and we were forced to go to an other resort against our will. can anyone help with this?
