As reported by El Caribe Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez who took over from Don Evans stated at the Council of the Americas that those who opposed liberty and democracy 25 years ago, are the same people opposing CAFTA today, and were those wishful of a communist revolution in Central America. What a way to pitch a free trade accord?? Hum
