Does anyone know the name of the Manager of Reservations at the Occidental Grand Flamenco in Puerto Plata?

My friend and I have just booked an additional week to our stay and want to try to get rooms in the same area that we were in for our last visit.

I have been to Grand Flamenco 3 times since March and I love it there!!
The people who work there are so friendly and helpful.

You can ask for Franklin...he is a front desk manager and is very helpful.
