sd to cabarete

what is best guagua from sd to cabarete...my friend just moved there from Las Terrenas.

Caribe Tours; it goes to Sosua. Metro stops in Puerto Plata. Also, Caribe Tours has more buses during day than Metro. Take taxi from Caribe Tour terminal in Charamicos to Cabarte, or stand along road and take a guagua or publico if you don't have much luggage.

SD to Sosua about 4.25 hours. Bus stops in front of a taxi stand so you can get transportation immediately to Cabarte. 4.5 hours from SD and you will be at your Cabarete destination.

thanks for info...now what are times from sosua to sd???Are they every hour also???

Had a terrible trip with Caribe Tours from SD to Sosua yesterday. Was at the terminal 10.45, the 11 bus was full, so had to wait to 12. That bus was also totally filled up, and the aircondition didn't work, infact there wasn't any ventilation at all. It was like a sauna inside, almos tortur. When we came to the main station in Santiago, they tried to fix it, but couldn't. So we had to wait on the next bus which was delayed. Arrived at Sosua 6 o'clock.
