Need Info on Condo or Villa rental

I am returning to POP from November 8-14 with 3 friends. I am in need of either a 4 bedroom house or villa, or two 2 BR condos in the Puerto Plata area. And, I mean in POP, not Costambar or some other place outside of POP. We will need to be in an area that is easily accessible to transportation.

I have already conducted my forum search and have found very little available. If you are able to provide some info on locations, could you please include its proximity to the malecon, as I have stayed in that area twice and usually use it as my place of reference. Thaks all for any help.

Not sure what you can find in the Purto Plata itself, as I know most of the villas are in Sosua or Cabarete area.
Otherwise, can't help there, sorry

There are several villas for rent in POP. Next time you come we´ll show you.
There are a few available in Torre Alta, as well as in Ballardo area, both centrally located.
A few Victorian houses as well downtown, although I don´t think these are for you, it would be too wild for you!! LOL

This one for example is for rent, we´ll take a tour around the city when you come.

I have found a nice 4 BR villa in Costambar. It's not exactly the location that I wanted to be in as it is a little further away from town than I would have liked to have been, but it had all the amenities that are needed. Remember, I am traveling with some friends. If it were just myself, POP Beach Resort would have been just fine for me. In any event, Carina, what I would definitely like to do when I get there is to look for an apartment as we had discussed. My hope is to procure one while I am there so that I'll have a place to leave some clothes, and to take and keep the lovely pieces that I bought from Amparo the last time that I was there.

You can look for houses/apartments for rent on a longer term when you get here.. There are many options..
