Default guest friendly hotels

I want to know if these two hotels are guest friendly. Hotel V Centenario and Hilton Santo Domingo. When I stayed at Juaraga Hotel, they wanted to know the name of my guest prior to checking in. And if you did not have their name on the guest list they could not come to your room.

If you want to make sure, you should consider staying at one of the smaller hotels near the Malecon like the Casona Dorada and any of the ones in the Colonial Zone.
The bigger chain hotels ususally have different policies that make it difficult if not impossible to stroll in with a babe who will stay for the night.

Definitely no problem at the Quinto Centenario,(Intercontinal), and you may want to consider the Marriot on Maximo Gomez. It's cheaper, and new.

The Intercontinental, Marriott, and Napolitano have a guest-friendly policy.

You just pay a fee.

I have never paid any fee to have a friend visit my room @V Centenario.
