Nanny Estates - Internet Access

Hello All,

We'll be staying at nanny estates in cabarete from mid december through mid january.

I'm trying to figure out what, if any, internet access options there are. I know there are cafes, but are there things like dial-up access that are useable/reasonable?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
