I am trying to find out if I have to pay Customs at SDQ if i bring a childrens bicycle when I go down. Any info will be greatly appreciated....

I f you fly from canada to DR with Air Transat or Sky Service they will take your bicycle for free, if unpacked and assemble: Considered as sports equipment, no hassles from customs.
