Default Jet ski rentals Playa Dorada

Hi, new here and need some help from you great folks!
Going to CV Playa Dorada mid feb and my 15 yr. old daughter wants to rent a jet ski.
Do they have them?
How much to rent?
Is she old enough?
Any help would be great!
This is our second time in 3 years, went to Casa Marina last time and loved it!
All your posts and replys on here are VERY helpful for us newbies.
Thank you.

I've never seen jet skis off the Playa Dorada beach. They are prohibited in many parts of the DR and this may be one of them.

I have seen them.
Most recently at the east end by the Fun Tropicale stretch.
They are very expensive to me.
I think it was $25US for 15 minutes or something like that.
I found it to be too much for what it is.
They were the sit-down type of wet bike as oppose to the stand up jet ski.
I'm pretty sure I saw them by Jack Tar as well.

The hotels and tourcompanies do not provide this service anymore, but as Malibook says they are around. It is a guy that is located between Playa Dorada and towards Bergantine renting them out.
You are completely uninsured, and the price is high.
