www.delta.com has the Dominican Republic on their home page image which changes monthly. If you scroll down and look at the bottom left it says "Dominican Republic, east of Puerto Plata".
well I am not sure....but there is a good chance those stairs are at a hotel in Sosua that I stayed at...only a chance..because the lunch -dinner area over looks the water from about 50 feet up or more. they have some stairs that wind their way down to a ramp used for a dockand landing( they didnt have one at the time)... it is only a possibility....but you need to be on the water's edge, but MUCH higher to need stairs to go down!!! and most places that are on the water.... are at sea level...
the hotel was Pergiorgio...or something like that...there is another hotel nearby that is also above the water.... but has a beach..maybe the stairs are there, as a way to get down to the beach....any way we are talking the east side of SOSUA public beach, were these hotels are located....the other hotle is the WATERFRONT...plus there is a big nice hotel called SOSUA BAY (RESORT or HOTEL)....send the picture via email and ask them if it their place or not!
