flying boats

Hi,
We visited Punta Cana in Jan. and loved it so much we are returning in March. Does anyone know where the flying boats I saw leave from. I would like to take a ride on them but cannot find out any information on them. We will be staying at Natura Park again and they flew over the beach there but we could never see where they were taking off from. Thank you for any information

I saw one not too long ago taking off around the Barcelo Complex, wish I could be more exact. However, I personally wouldn't get into one of those. A family member of ours is a tour operator on that beach and told me that in the last few months only, 2 have literally "fallen from the sky" and they had to go rescue the people who ended up unconscious underwater. I've never been up in one but it doesn't look too too safe to me... then again, anything over horse height scares me...
