How strictly are travel laws enforced in the Dominican Rep.?
Last month my cousin 16 travelled alone from sti to jfk and she didnt have any permision from either of her parents to depart from the Dominican and they let her pass through with no problems. The curious thing about this is that she has done this several times already. Is there a new law permitting U.S minor citizens to travel without permission of their parents? Whats going on?
