R there any ladies football teams in the DR? x

If, by football, you mean the "real football" , like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea or Everton, then yes, there are. In fact, it seems as if the ladies team has done fairly well in the region. I don't know if there is any onthe North Shore, but in Santo Domingo there are teams.

If you are referring to American style football and not futbol as in soccer...then yes there is a girls flag football team in Puerto Plata, for more info on that check www.flagmag.com and you will see the girls picture... once you enter click for world cup Puerto plata...if you need more info send me P.M.
