Romantic venue

My husband and I are returning to the DR in a few weeks. It is going to be our second anniversary and I'm interested to know of any romantic restaurants in the Puerto Plata area. Want to do something really special, we are expecting our first baby in November so want to make the most of quiet times alone LOL

Pappillon just outside the city on the road to Santiago is very pleasant for what you want...

Nothing beats Camp David in Santiago that I am aware of. The view is magnificent.
