What is the least expensive hotel with power and air conditioning in Sto Domingo?
Preferably close to the town of San Cristobal.

This hotel is $35 US per night and is next to Parque Independencia. It has power and a/c a bar and restaurant. It is 2 blocks to the bus stop at the park to San Cristobal. The bus takes about 30 minutes and costs 45 RD. Search the name for more info.
