Great pics!! Does anyone have pics of the "family" room? We are leaving for DR in March, I am certain things will be even better by then.

Some of you sound like you are vacationing in a "rich" country. As was mentioned before...this is considered an underdeveloped country...give them a chance to get things up and running before we start complaining about everything!!!

Don't worry by happy...and have another cerveza!!!

Hi all, day 4 and looking good, no vommitting to be seen. Kids having a ball. Let's everyone stop whinging and start looking forward to a great holiday.

For all those looking to the past and the Old Jack Tar - forget it it's gone the hotel is now owned by First Choice and for the most has been designated as a family resort.

Look forward not back.

Hello to all...

I'm a computer spaz and cannot open the pictures! Can some one tell me how? I just get to the photobucket main page.
My husband and I and two kids aged 11 and 9 leave for HV Jan. 17 from Toronto. We have be reading the posts regularly! Thanks to everyone for all the info!
