A new resort

I have just seen some photos on Trip Advisor and noticed that there is brand new hotel beside the Barcello Capella that has a pier with palapas on it. It is white in colour and is beside the Playa Real. Does anyone know the name of it and if it is open. Please email me at wellison@hotmail.com

This would be the Club Hemmingway, Coral Park and Costa del Sol complexes.
They are not resorts but rather condo/apartment developments however many are available for rent.
Costa del Sol has a real estate office on the premises.

Thanks for the info. We will be staying at the Capella and were hoping to go out onto the new pier, I guess we will try and see what happens.
