Yes, my daughter was born in the DR, but my wife also is a Dominican citizen, so I guess thats how she received her citizenship. I do have her nascimento though. I appreciate all the info from you and everyone else who has contributed. One last thing, does anyone know the address for this Procuraduria General in Santo Domingo.
