Any suggestions on where to exchange money? I will be exchanging a few hundred as i am going to be in the dr for a while. I'm only going to be in Punta Cana for 4 days and then I go to SD then elsewhere. Also i can speak a bit of spanish if it helps.
In general the differences in exchange rate from one cambio to another on a given day are insignificant. Don't exchange it all at once when you arrive. Get enough pesos for a couple of days, and that will give you time to find the place with the best rate.
