Best place to go for 3x20 year olds?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forums. Me and 2 of my friends are currently planning to head to DR(all inclusive) for a week on Dec 18th. I'm looking for the best place for us. First off, we love scenery alot so the beach and location matters alot for us. But also we would like to find girls our age or a tad bit older maybe to have some fun with. I prefer to find more single tourists in our age range. So if you know any Young Single recommended hotels please recommend them to me. We were thinking of either going to Punta Cana or Puerto Plata.thanks!

Cabarete with easy access to Sosua. Forget Punta Cana and Puerto Plata.

If you want an AI resort I would suggest Casa Marina in Sosua. You are right in the middle of the town but on the beach still. Access to everything in town and all the discos. Good party place. Lots of singles from all over go there.
