any info on this ? www.sosuanews.com is reporting this effective possibly in Feb to pay for planes.

i am looking for a more reliable source on this subject.

Even if it's true, is it a big deal? I don't like drugs (or seeing the effects of people on drugs) either....

I paid 10 USD tonight entering SDQ.

I think Kyle was referring to the tourist tax and mistakenly use the word card. The tourist tax was increased recently from US$10 to US$15 for a total increase of US$5. The tourist tax is usually included in the price of the fare. This has been addressed in other threads here on the forum recently. A breakdown of how the tax money will be used was even posted.
