Cruises from DR in 2009-2010?????

Give them a call and ask, I have had lots of friends make hotel-only and special flights (ie one-way from DR to Canada) with them, but it can't be done online.

David, thank for for referring Sra Mariella Pagan from Travelwise. She is great and very professionnal, her response was prompt and she gave all the info needed.
They do sell both cruises out of the DR in 2009-2010 those being the Pacific Dream from Pullmanturs out of SD and the Costa Mediterenea out of La Romana.
Sra Pagan sent me a scanned document from both brochures which I have tried to attach to this tread but was unable to.
However I a certain that she will send it to whomever is interested.
The brochure does state that Dominican Citizens need the proper travel documents (Visa) to board the ship.

We have finally got all the info on cruising from RD.

Only 2 ships out of RD this year, Costa Medeteranea out of La Romana, and Pacific Dream out of SD.
However both these cruises are not the best and expensive for what you get.

For those of you interested, here is what we booked:

Flight to San Juan Puerto Rico out of SD = $215.us return.
15 nights cruise on board Celebrity's Millenium (5 star ship) over Christmas and New Years - departs December 18th returns January 2nd prices varies between $1049.US inside cabin and $1,700.US balcony.
Those prices are for 55 yrs + and Canadian residents, slightly higher for Americans.
