This will be my first service trip back into the country in 3 years. I used to lead volunteer teams. I always thought it would be smart to keep copies of the different forms to show examples to make entering the country with dozens of unexperienced volunteers easier. I found an example of the embarkment/disembarkment form. Does anyone else have a lead on where I might find other copies of forms that will be expected as we enter the country? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
People travelling to the DR need to fill in a Migración form, a Customs (Aduana) form and the Tourist card. All pretty standard and straightforward, in English as well as Spanish.
