Bascom in Juan Dolio?

I received an e-mail today from someone who had read my Coral Costa Caribe trip report on Debbie's site. This person asked if I have ever heard anything about a "Bascom Resort" in Juan Dolio as they will be staying there soon. I have searched everywhere and have come up with nothing, I am now asking the EXPERTS , has anyone got an information on this place?
