Iberostar Costa Dorada
We travelled out to Dom Rep on 8th May and stayed for two weeks at the Iberostar Costa Dorada hotel. The food was good, service fantastic and all the people at the hotel really work very very hard and am sure they do not get paid nearly enough.
Trips:
Oceanworld - took my seven year old daughter swimming with the dolphins, what an experience!
Outback Safari - Our guide for this was Jessie and the driver was scooby. We all agreed that this was one of the best trips we have ever been on, the scooby specials helped the day go smoothly (7-up and Rum). Swimming in the river then travelling by boat to the coast and boogie boarding in some wicked surf. Jessie was brilliant, talked non-stop, entertained and danced with the children and knew everyones names.
We were out there as a party of 27 for a wedding which the hotel co-ordinated with expertise. The wedding went off without a hitch and the photographer was very good. When it rained it happened mostly at night which really did'nt matter.
I would recommend the Dom Rep to anyone and probably will.
