In Sosua, there is a nice restaurant/bar/internet cafe called "Rocky's"

I used the internet for 30 minutes and it was 20 pesos. And the internet speed was quite fast.

While in Santo Domingo, I went to a nice Cafe called "Ki Cafe (Coma Ki)" This place has seats both indoors (with A/C) and outdoors. You order drinks and chill.

Nice report and great pics! I live about 2 blocks away from the Manolo restaurant you described and am very familiar with most places you visited.

I particulalry liked seeing the pic of the Duarte/Sanchez/Mella shrine which I have visited several times myself during solo walks through ZC and the pics from inside the cathedral which I sometimes vist for some introspection and tranquillity.
