I keep on saying that it's NOT what you know, rather WHO you know!.

And as I told Anna on a PM a few seconds ago, I can probably get it cheaper now after giving the owner a piece of my mind when the tinaco water was "all gone" and the 24/7 security guy (wachiman) was nowhere to be found and we didn't know where the pompa's switch was located and we were without water for a few hours!.

Oooh, and btw, I forgot to mention, previously, that it comes with a 24/7 guard (gun and all). Other than that time, the guy did an excellent job!.

yes, this seems to be a better alternative than the snakepit that is Boca Chica, and I have done nothing to hide my disgust of that place.

Funny enough I was asked by a friend if I don't want to return to Boca Chica because I left too many "bodies" lying around there!!!

And a peaceful beach without being pestered every 5 seconds is the reason one would want to avoid BC like the plague.

And as for you being hit on by a tourist on the beach, well, if it happens to me it can happen to anyone!!!

P.S.- you should of asked her to pay your "salida"!!! LOL!!!

All is not lost with the photos on your camera. If you have not used it to take many more photo since the last ones were erased, and in some cases even if you have, there are several programs both PC and Mac that can recover the erased photos for you. There are not expensive and a breeze to use. If your local in NYC I can even attempt to recover them for you. PM me if you need anymore info.

I've been to Playa Guayacanes before. It really is a great beach and a very nice alternative to Boca Sucia, I mean Chica.

Much, much better. At least for me.

I remember 20 odd years ago when I asked a friend "let's go to Boca Chica" and he replied: "Nooooo, I will not take you to that hookers playground, I will take you to a better one".

After that, I think that I can count with 2 fingers the times I have been to PutasChica after that. (AND only because my father owned a property there).

I have gotten A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT of PM's and Emails requesting information about the Villas. Well, I will get back to you guys as soon as I can. Just know that I can probably get it much, much cheaper for my DR1 selective/selected circle of amigos.

Also:

I said I was going to write part 2 today but it happens that I took some work home and I don't have time to post my LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG second part, with LOTS and LOTS of pictures.
